Future Calls

Our good friend Amy from our rival/brother blog No Maam Club recently made this hilarious video of a prank call to Rogers, inquiring about the advertised “Future Calls” service. You know, that popular service where you can call yourself six months in advance to remind yourself of important future events. She manages to hold the customer service rep’s attention for a mind-bogglingly long time, considering the fact that she is literally talking about phone calls into the future, and even gets the rep to perform a series of checks with higher-ups to determine whether or not Rogers even has the technology yet, or if it is some secret still locked within those state-of-the-art iPhones.  This is the second recent prank that Amy has pulled involving contacting future selves, the first having been her trying to convince me that my future self was e-mailing me warnings from 2019. I wonder if she knows something we don’t.
